Jordan-based photographer, Yazeed Malkawi, launched his career back in 2012, inspired by self-portraiture and conceptual photography. Having witnessed the rise of social media and digital influence, Yazeed was keen to pursue his vision of becoming a world-class photographer. After completing his undergraduate studies, he obtained a video production certificate from the international SAE Institute for creative media education and, in 2018, enrolled in the John Kaverdash Academy of Photography in Milan, Italy, to further his skills within a more global and practice-oriented setting. There, he attained his certification in fashion photography after discovering his natural affinity for the field. Only a few months later, Yazeed secured his second international photoshoot for a prominent bridal Spanish brand that was eventually distributed across more than 14 countries.

Yazeed enjoys conceiving timeless and creative imagery. His inspiration ranges from the everyday stories that surround him to his favorite international artists.

Beyond fashion, Yazeed’s areas of interest extend to food and product photography, as well as landscape photography – his preferred pastime when traveling the world over!
